About "Lessons"
"Lessons" is where you find access to the courses, lessons, and study content.
About "Print Group Options"

The "Print Group Options" page lets you select the group nodes and content items to be printed.

Click "Print" to do the print operation, which will open a more printer-friently page in a separate tab, and display the browsers standard "Print" dialog.
